Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Should it be necessary to cancel a confirmed reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% service fee. If you cancel within the 14 days of your arrival time, your deposit will be forfeited
Two or More Night Deposit Policy
Two or More Nights Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit of the total room and taxes are due at the time of booking.
No Show Policy
No Show Policy: For confirmed guests not arriving on the scheduled date and without prior notification, your deposit will be forfeited and if additional room nights were reserved, the room will be open for availability the following day.

ADA Website Compliance Policy
We have built our site with ADA compliance in mind and have utilized available tools such as Google Chrome’s ADA compatibility diagnostic tools. If you have difficulty navigating our website or booking a reservation, we ask you to contact us via telephone or email and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that our property is a historic building and we have no ADA compliant features in the rooms or on the property.

Our inn’s website can be navigated by using the tab key to traverse the elements of each page and by using the enter key to activate a highlighted link.

The data is collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL) meaning that the email content is encrypted before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices. - REVENUE RECOVERY EMAILS
As part of the Revenue Recovery model, we work with re-marketing service companies to send notification messages if you have abandoned your cart without making a purchase. This is for the sole purpose of reminding customers to complete the purchase if they wish to. The re-marketing service companies do a real-time capture of your email ID and cookies to send an email invite to complete the transaction if the customer abandons the cart. However, the email ID of the customer is deleted from their database as soon as the purchase is complete. - “DO NOT SELL MY DATA” – WHY WE DON’T HAVE IT ON THIS WEBSITE
